Shabbat

Every week we celebrate this awesome day of rest testifying to the Divine orchestration of the world and the creation of the world by God's hands so to speak. Its laws are complex as a necessity to force us to appreciate the nature of the day what it stands for and to prepare accordingly. Its Torah laws are derived from the necessary constructive efforts that form the building and the maintenance of the Mishkan. The rabbinic laws are those either close to the Torah laws or are necessity to encourage one to appreciate the sanctity and uniqueness of the day.
